Conditions
N.B. Prices are valid for a minimum stay of one week.
For a stay less than one week, please contact us.
Prices include:
utilities (energy consumption and water), use of washing machine once a week, final cleaning and sanitization.
Prices do not include:
bed and bathroom linen; these can be rented at € 12,00 per person per change. Heating will be charged on the basis of fuel consumption (Propane is 3,50 euro per cubic metre at the moment).
A city tax of 1,50 euro will be applied for each person in the period from April the 15th to October the 15th; however children under 12 years of age, disabled people, and the person accompanying them are tax exempt.
Arrive from 16:00 to 20:00. Departure by 10:00. Different hours can be agreed upon.

The mission of Agriturismo Sughericcio has always been to welcome our guests in a cozy atmosphere and an extremely clean environment but since the spread of COVID-19, it has been necessary to level up both personal hygiene and cleaning and sanitizing of the environment we live in, scrupulously following the guidelines by the WHO and the Tuscany Region.

Mode of payment:
When booking must be paid a deposit of 30% of the price, the balance BEFORE the arrival.
The reservation is valid only after payment of the deposit.
